Join us as a Team Leader across Brierley Hill, Dudley, where you'll oversee a range of services from individualised personal budgets to complex healthcare needs. We cater to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and those requiring specialised care like PEG feeding and support for dysphagia, as well as service users needing minimal support to maintain their independence.

Distinctive Features of This Position: This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from overseeing independent living arrangements to managing complex healthcare needs ensuring a consistently engaging work environment. You will join an esteemed network of seasoned regional managers who provide invaluable mentorship and peer support. The position requires autonomous decision-making, efficient task management and critical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing various services across Dudley to ensure top-notch, person-centred care
  • Inspiring and managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and focusing on continuous improvement
  • Prioritising the physical and emotional health of service users, from basic to complex needs
