Job summary

Greene King pubs is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift team, ensure high service standards and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Based at a Greene King pub in Wentworth, you’ll deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and legal, pour perfect pints, and lead by example to deliver memorable experiences and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and welcoming customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description
