Job summary

Greene King pubs are looking for a Team Leader to drive service standards on a busy shift, supporting the bar and kitchen teams to deliver great experiences for every guest.

You will lead by example, deputise for management, organise the team during peak times, keep the bar safe and compliant, and ensure communication is clear. This role offers a supportive environment with progression opportunities across our brands.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will...

What you'll bring...

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
