Job description

Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £62,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of serious injury lawyers / file handlers, who manage caseloads of serious injury matters valued from £25,000 to £125,000.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and case delivery advice on files
• Handling day-to-day leadership tasks such as monitoring workflow, responding to queries, managing diaries, overseeing performance, engaging with customer satisfaction etc.
• Assuring core business principles & values are being adhered to
• Conduct file reviews, audits and quality control
• Supporting with process implementation, performance reviews, continuous improvement and project work
• Working closely with the senior management team to identify requirements within the team
• Identify training needs and implementing training plans where required
• Ensuring KPI and general performance is monitored and planned
