We have a fantastic opportunity for Team Leader in the UK wide.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take up a Team Leader position within our 24/7, 365 days a year telephone-based team.
As a Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, including being a focal point for enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and team performance, so we're looking for an enthusiastic leader able to motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop and appraise them.
Your role demands strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

The skills you will have when you apply:
Proven management skills: An experienced team leader from a customer service office environment
Flexible: Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
