You will be supporting the Service Manager and lead in the running of the service, to ensure the delivery of a consistent and high-quality service to women and children fleeing domestic violence. This is in accordance with the mission statement and strategic objectives of Hestia and within the relevant legislative framework.
As a Team Leader at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Domestic Abuse service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.
