Job summary

Greene King pubs in the UK are seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, modelling excellent service and ensuring standards are met. You will lead by example and ensure the team delivers memorable experiences for every guest.

You’ll deputise for management, organise and coordinate the team during peak times, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean at all times. This role demands a proactive, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team during busy shifts.
• Ability to uphold safety, legality, and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Capable of deputising for management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
