Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for a Hungry Horse pub. You will guide the team to ensure smooth shifts, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy. You’ll role-model great service, delegate tasks, and address issues swiftly to maintain a welcoming environment.

Join us to lead by example, support the management team, and ensure the bar remains safe, compliant and efficient while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to run smoothly.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, handling issues quickly and safely.
• Attention to detail in every pint poured and service delivered.
• Demonstrate service excellence and warm welcome to customers.
• Think on your feet and adapt to busy shift challenges.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and be a true team player.
• Communicate clearly in English to perform roles and allergen controls.
