Salary: £31,500 - £33,280
Hours: Full Time – Rota Basis
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Caridon Young Living is a residential home for 11–18-year-olds. We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee afternoon and evening shifts, manage a dedicated team, and support young people directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise staff, manage shifts, and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Safeguard and support the welfare of children in the home.
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee incident reporting, behaviour plans, and documentation.
  • Support staff training, supervision, and development.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management desirable.
  • Previous management/leadership experience in residential childcare.
