Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader on our night shift to lead from the front, working for our customer Premier Foods at our Tamworth site. You will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues are trained in their tasks, adhering to QHSE rules and procedures, and meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team management: Develop, lead, and motivate your team to achieve challenging operational KPIs.
  2. Health & Safety: Lead by example in health & safety practices, ensuring all operational processes are compliant and that staff are kept safe.
  3. Resource management: Actively manage available resources and utilize staff effectively.
  4. Operational presence: Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse, delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers.

Full-time, permanent role on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, working 18:00 - 06:00. Salary: £31,969.56 per annum.
