Overview

Howard Finley Care are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our client's Residential Home in Swaffham, supporting residents living with dementia and elderly care needs.

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shifts: 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am

  • Day shifts or night shifts available

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Delivering hands-on, person-centred care and support to residents
  • Supporting with personal care, meals, and mobility needs where required
  • Overseeing medication administration and accurate record keeping
  • Conducting handovers, allocating tasks, and monitoring team performance
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents
  • Working closely with management to ensure compliance with CQC standards
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Care Assistant, or equivalent role in a care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering quality care
