• Support the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations.
• Conduct return to work interviews.
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve productivity.
• Develop and train team members to maximize contributions.
• Conduct daily briefings to keep the team informed.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Achieve shift performance goals.
• Optimize resource utilization.

We are now recruiting for a Team Leader to join our team on a Full time and Permanent position for our Markham Vale 2 site.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
• Carrying out return to work interviews.
• Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
• Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
• Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
• Ensuring that the available resources are utilized to their full potential at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Warehouse Experience.
• Proactive and able to make decisions.
• Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge.
• Professional, approachable and helpful.
