Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.

The Team Leader works hands on within the home and is responsible for the overall supervision and support of the care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to all residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care.
  2. Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  3. Participate in the development of care plans.
  4. Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
