The Role: Multi Site Team Leader (Supported Living, Sheffield and surrounding areas as well as Denton)

For this role, a full UK driving licence and previous Team Leader experience in adult social care are essential

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £14.37per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in a supported living setting.
  • Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
  • Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
  • Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
  • Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day!
