Welford Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader for Vale View Heights Care Home in Sidmouth. The role involves supporting residents with personal care, organising social activities, and maintaining their independence. You will work with a friendly team to ensure high-quality care and accurate record-keeping.

Experience isn’t required, as our team provides full training and ongoing development to help you build confidence, gain qualifications, and progress your professional career.

Qualifications

• Full and part-time candidates with NVQ level 3 and Medication Management.
• With compassion and a drive to help others.
• Good written/verbal communication and people skills.
• You’ll need teamwork and flexibility, including alternate weekends.
• Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain their independence.
• Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
