Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide the floor and support the bar and kitchen teams. You’ll lead by example, ensuring shifts run like clockwork and customers receive a warm, memorable experience.

You'll deputise for management, resolve issues quickly, and help coordinate a busy team while keeping the bar safe, compliant and welcoming. Good English and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
