About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility is appreciated. We will work with you to accommodate your preferences where possible.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages in team ‘huddles', ensuring product availability, and managing overtime and holiday planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
