About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working to fit your lifestyle, but late and weekend shifts are required, and some flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team 'huddles', and ensure colleagues are scheduled effectively to meet customer expectations through planning overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and encourage your ongoing development, making this an excellent opportunity for growth in retail leadership.
