ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:

-Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.

-Good ability to carry out instructions from management.

-Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists

-Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food.

-A customer-oriented positive attitude, good customer service is essential.

-Work timeously in various positions.

-Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team

-Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times

-Practise “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.

-Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements.

-Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications.

EXPERIENCE

-Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

-Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
