A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Admin Team Leader to supervise and support the administrative team while ensuring compliance with policies such as data protection and health and safety. You will manage workloads, oversee staff performance, and contribute to service planning in a busy healthcare environment.
As an Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible forsupervising and supporting the administrative team while also activelycontributing to frontline administrative work. You will manage daily workloads,oversee staff rotas, leave, and sickness, and provide regular performancemanagement through appraisals, training, and mentoring. Acting as the key pointof contact between the admin team and senior staff, you will attend meetings,support service planning, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues. Youwill ensure compliance with relevant policies, including data protection andhealth and safety, while identifying opportunities for process improvement andcontributing to service development and project work as required.
