We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team based in Farnborough.

Location: Farnborough - applicants must be based in Farnborough

Contract: Permanent Full time

Salary: up to £33,000 per annum plus benefits and training

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson team, supporting them in ensuring the telecommunication infrastructure is well maintained and repaired as necessary.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Ensuring detailed testing, inspection, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.
• Carrying out inspections of towers, poles, and fall arrest systems, as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, ensuring all work is undertaken safely and properly.
• Liaising with stakeholders including site providers, client staff, and helpdesk administration.
• Attending review meetings, maintaining PUWER, vehicle, calibration, and training records, and mentoring site operatives.

• NRSWA Unit 2 (New Roads and Street Works Act)

• MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms)

• Have experience in team leadership
