Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team have everything they need to run smoothly and that our customers are kept happy. You will lead by example, maintain high standards, and deputise for management when needed.

Apply your keen eye for detail and warm service to support safe, legal bar operations, train staff, and respond quickly to any issues, helping every guest feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Great eye for detail and precise bartending skills.
• Strong customer service and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
• Positive can-do attitude and good teamwork.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
