A leading UK residential care provider is seeking a Team Leader to support and guide social care workers. In this role, you will supervise a team, interact with management, and assist residents with activities. Applicants should have experience in the care sector and demonstrate key personal attributes such as patience and communication skills. This position offers flexible scheduling and various employee benefits including training opportunities and holiday entitlements.
Hours: 37.5
Salary: £12.85 per hour

The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example. You will liaise with seniors in the home, reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge. You will make a positive difference in people's lives and enjoy activities such as days out, trips, and more, all aimed at ensuring residents are safe, happy, and fulfilled.
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player, and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Team Leader.
