About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. Flexibility is important, as late and weekend shifts are required. We will work with you to accommodate your preferred shifts where possible.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays effectively. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of retail.

You are friendly, proactive, and eager to learn. You possess strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills, and aim to provide excellent customer service while leading your team by example.
