Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example and ensure shifts run smoothly while keeping customers happy.

You’ll empower the team, uphold high standards, and act as deputy to the management team on busy shifts. Strong English, excellent service, safety and allergen controls are essential. A people-focused mindset will help you thrive on fast-paced shifts within our pubs.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail ensuring pours and service meet standards.
• Able to lead by example and motivate staff.
• Strong team-working and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude on busy shifts.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly.
