Urban - Bra_209 is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what it needs and that service runs smoothly and warmly for every customer.

You'll lead by example, maintain high standards, support the management team, and keep the bar safe and well organized while handling busy periods with a positive, can-do attitude.

What you’ll bring…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
