3 shifts per week, 8 am-11 pm (or 7-10).

If you are a RSW or Senior RSW looking for a new role, Tezlom have a role for you.

We are looking for a Team Leader to provide specialist treatment and care for up to three children/ young people aged between 7-18 with EBD/Additional Needs.

The home is rated 'Good' by OFTSED, and provide nurturing and therapeutic care for children to progress with their lives.

As such, we are looking for a Team Leader to lead shifts and work directly with the young people to make a difference.

3 week rolling rota, shifts are long days and sleep when needed on a pattern.

Roles
  • Support the Young People in the home with daily activities.
  • Liaise with staff at the home and review/monitor care plans.
  • Comply with regulations of the children's home in line with Ofsted regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Deputy Manager/Registered Manager /Care Providers to encourage the progression of the service users.
Experience Required
  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare - Essential
  • One Year working in a Children's Residential Home- Essential
  • Ability to commit to day shift patterns and some sleeps when needed- Essential
