On completion of the 3 month Manager Academy, the rate of pay for this role will increase to £13.81 per hour.
About the role
As our Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in managing the inbound/outbound docks and packing process across your shift. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this function while maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and operational performance.
You'll work closely with your team to continuously enhance customer service levels and achieve productivity measures for each core process. Please note that this role involves shift work which may include working weekends.
