About the role

Team Leader

Full time - 36.75 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

£26,199.81- £27,766.83

Key responsibilities

  1. Motivating, developing, and supporting every member of your team.
  2. Providing resources needed for excellent customer service.
  3. Managing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service.
  4. Finding and taking opportunities to improve processes.

Required skills & experience

  1. Significant retail experience.
  2. Ability to motivate and get the best out of people.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
  4. Positive attitude with creative ideas for improvement.
  5. Willingness to learn new technology and ways of working.
  6. Flexibility to work on a rota, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
