Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Middlesbrough
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £16.60 per hour
Sleeps Required: 4 to 6 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £60
Waking Nights Shift: Yes, 3 to 4 per month paid at £17.60 per hour
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: This is an LD Home with capacity for 3 Young People on 1:1 staffing
Qualifications Required: Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
Experience Required: 1 year (preferred)
Employment Type: Permanent

Essentials

• Completed or enrolled on Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification

• Full driving licence

• Experience working within residential childcare or with children and young people in Ofsted-regulated environments

• Understanding of legislation surrounding residential childcare

• Willingness to do or be involved in Personal Care
