Job summary

ASDA in Shirley is seeking a Twilight Team Leader to manage the department daily, guide colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll help with stock, support new starters, and resolve issues, acting as a go-to on the shop floor while working with the store manager to keep standards high and the team motivated.

This permanent, full-time role offers 36 hours per week with afternoon shifts, a competitive pay rate, and benefits designed to support colleagues across ASDA.

As a Twilight Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
