Job summary

Pub & Grill in Mansfield is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift and ensure high standards of service. You will lead by example, support the management team, and keep customers happy during busy periods.

You'll ensure the bar operates safely and efficiently, coach staff, and uphold allergen controls while delivering a warm, memorable experience for every guest.
