Job summary

KFC Erdington - High Street is looking for a Team Leader to be on the floor, guiding the team, setting pace, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and drive the restaurant to hit targets and smash expectations.

You’ll spend time on front line leadership, keep the crew motivated, manage stock checks and shift plans, and help the kitchen and front of house run like clockwork behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the shop floor.
• Strong people skills and ability to coach others.
• Calm under pressure and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

About the role

You’ll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping thingsrunning smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It’s about settingthe pace, lifting the vibe, and getting stuck in to make every shift count.

What will you spend your time doing?

• Lead from the front. You’ll get stuck in with the team, setting the pace and driving therestaurant to hit targets and smash expectations.
• Build your crew up. You’ll coach, support, and celebrate your team—making sure everyonegrows, learns, and brings their best to every shift.
• Keep it running smooth. From stock checks to shift plans, you’ll help keep things tickingbehind the scenes so the front runs like clockwork.
