Production Team Lead – £12.21 per hour Fixed AM shifts Monday to Friday

• Start Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Location: Trafford park, Greater Manchester
• Monday to Friday
• Fixed Shifts: 7am-5pm

THE ROLE

We’re recruiting candidates for a Production Team Lead for our client based in Trafford Park. The role involves managing and overseeing a team of production operatives to provide the necessary training, ensuring that the targets and required quality of the produced products are met by both the team and individual members, making sure everyone follows rules and regulations, conducting administrative duties, writing reports, and liaising with different stakeholders, such as production management and other team leads.

The Team Lead will receive in-house training.

THE PERSON

A successful Production Team Lead should have previous experience in a similar environment, along with team lead or management experience, preferably. Candidates need to be computer literate, keen learners, possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and be capable of delegating tasks while managing a varied workload that includes supporting production and the team to ensure targets are met.

They should be comfortable learning new skills. The role involves daily targets, so it is advantageous if the successful candidate has prior experience working towards targets and KPIs to ensure the operation runs smoothly and meets its goals.
