Our operation runs 24/7, which means various shift patterns are available. We are looking for flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to ensure the right staffing levels to meet customer expectations.
We will support your training across different areas and ongoing skill development, providing opportunities to grow within retail.
