Job summary

Pro-Force Limited in Kent is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a busy packhouse operation. You will lead a production team, drive daily targets and ensure fast-paced packing meets customer quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication and a focus on Health & Safety, continuous improvement and accurate production records. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for overtime and development.

• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.
