We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Old Bell. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team
2. Supporting the management team and working together to create and deliver our vision
3. Ensuring standards and compliance are maintained
4. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
