Job summary

Farmhouse Inns is seeking a Team Leader to inspire the team and ensure shifts run like clockwork, delivering a heartfelt, memorable experience for every guest while upholding our high standards. You’ll open and close the business, deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, maintain a safe, clean bar, and ensure every pint is poured to perfection with warm, welcoming service.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Our Team Leaders are expected to be able to open and close the business along with similar responsibilities as our Assistant Managers.

Qualifications
