Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to run a busy shift at one of its pubs in Lindley. You will guide the team, ensure excellent service, and uphold safety and legal standards while delivering a warm welcome to customers.

The role requires strong English communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods. Join a company known for community pubs and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
