We are keen to speak to Team Leaders who are open to joining a growing company based in Lincoln. This Team Leader position involves managing a large team, handling day-to-day management matters, and supporting team members' career development. The company operates within the insurance sector and is dynamic and ambitious.

This is an office-based position, so candidates need to be within a commutable distance of Lincoln. Experience in claims, insurance, or the legal sector is highly advantageous as the company deals with landlord and tenant claims.

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing a large team within the insurance industry, including managing holidays and sickness
2. Supporting career development through appraisals and bespoke plans
3. Conducting 121s, appraisals, and feedback meetings
4. Managing workflow and team capacity

Previous team leader experience is required, but applications from those in any regulated industry are welcome. If you're interested in retraining, this role offers that opportunity.
