Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide a dynamic barista team in our Lewes store. You’ll train new colleagues, energise the team on each shift, and uphold the highest standards of service and coffee quality.

You’ll need to stay adaptable, calm under pressure, and ready to step in as needed to keep the store running smoothly. Join a brand known for great coffee, flexible shifts, and a supportive culture that values teamwork, customer care, and consistent excellence on the shop

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
