Greene King pubs in Leigh-on-Sea are seeking a Team Leader to deliver heartfelt guest experiences, deputise for managers, and keep the bar running smoothly during peak hours. You will organise the team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and role-model excellent service with a hands-on leadership style.

Joining a well-known pub brand, you will contribute to a friendly, community-focused atmosphere while supporting managers and delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality across shifts.

Qualifications

• As a Team Leader, you will…
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
