A fulfilling and exciting opportunity is available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Leicester.

About Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd
  • Supports vulnerable individuals and households.
  • Provides quality housing, tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realize their full potential.
Purpose of the role
  • Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable support services tailored to the needs of young people in our children’s services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
  • Provide first-line management and supervise staff to ensure young people are safeguarded, supported, and receive person-centered support within our accommodation, in accordance with policies, legislation, and OFSTED standards.
