Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Leader in Johnstone to oversee daily operations, supervise colleagues, and drive exceptional customer service. • Guide Our Colleagues - Collaborating with the store management team you work to ensure your team are well-trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect.
• Prioritise Customer Satisfaction - You work closely with your management team colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, and ensuring all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.
