As Team Leader, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering great availability for customers.
• Actively selling products to help drive sales.
• Completing actions set by your line manager.
• Supporting and working with the Talking Shop Rep.
• Fostering an inclusive culture.
• Supporting team development and sharing knowledge.

Doing the right processes and doing them right:

• Completing actions from daily floor walks focusing on customer experience.
• Providing excellent service both in-store and at the doorstep.
• Following cash handling and security policies.
• Implementing “One Best Way” digital processes.

Additional Information:

Seeking a dedicated Team Leader to cover store management in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Managers. Shifts are 5 days over 7, varying from 5am-1pm, 10am-7pm, and 2pm-10pm. Applicants must be fully flexible across all 7 days.
