• Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean, and issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain attention to detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
• Be a role model in delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Adapt quickly to challenges during shifts.
