Our Team Leaders work hard to ensure their team and customers feel valued, confident, and special. As a Team Leader, you support the Store Manager with daily store operations and lead by example to motivate and support a diverse team to meet key targets that drive store success.

• You are passionate about coaching and mentoring staff to ensure their success.
• You motivate the team to achieve and exceed store targets, with incentives and prizes to recognize success.
• You support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll, stock loss prevention, and store procedures.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, you step in to keep operations running smoothly.
• As a key holder, you ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times.
• You provide exceptional customer service and lead your team to do the same. Work hours are regular, with a rota provided at least 4 weeks in advance.
• We pay commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
