Job description

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Unit and the provision of high quality harm free care to the patient group.
You will manage admissions and discharges to the unit working alongside the Multi Disciplinary Team.
You will be responsible for administering patients medication and monitoring their well-being.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tudor Court team as a part time Band 5 Team Leader (2 posts available).
Tudor court is a 24 bed Unit within the heart of Heywood. It provides short term non-enhanced residential intermediate care and rehabilitation. The overarching aim of the Unit is to regain and improve the independence of people who might otherwise face unnecessarily prolonged hospital stays or inappropriate admission to Hospital or residential care.
The Unit has both step down and step up function with patients being admitted from their own home. The Care is person centred, focused on rehabilitation and care is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team., The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) provides hospital and integrated health and social care services to over one million people living across Greater Manchester.
