The role involves operational management, collaboration with various criminal justice agencies, and building strong relationships with local prisons. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the substance misuse or criminal justice sector, alongside expertise in leading health and social care services.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in the substance misuse or criminal justice sector.
• Knowledge and experience in leading health and social care services.
• Significant experience in leading teams with families under social care intervention.
• Familiarity with legislation surrounding children and safeguarding practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to recovery workers.
