A community-focused retail organization in Gosport is seeking a part-time Team Leader to support store operations and engage with the local community. We're looking for a Team Leader to help drive our store forward — someone who can inspire others, champion our values, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through the door.
This role brings energy, organisation, and a positive attitude to the team. Previous experience in a similar position is great, but not essential. If you're self-motivated, a great communicator, and ready to learn, we'll provide full training and support to help you succeed.
This is a part-time position of 18 hours per week, worked over 2 days. Flexibility is important, as shifts will include mornings, evenings and weekends.
You may also be required to obtain a personal licence to sell alcohol — full training will be provided.
